My recipe for success is getting to know the user before I start the creative process. With a little bit of patience blended with empathy and understanding, I learn what the user wants, needs, and why. The "why" is the secret ingredient to building solution-based designs. With a design strategy focused on solving the user's problems (potential or existing), I am more likely to meet your business objective. Then I sprinkle in some creativity mixed with innovation to present designs that aren't just "pretty" but have meaning and purpose.
